Naturopath & Nutritionist
Adrian Adams
My name is Adrian Adams, and I am a clinical nutritionist and naturopath. I started my journey into health with a realisation when I was younger: if I ate healthy food, moved more and slept deeply, the next day, I could run around the school athletics track faster. A simple realisation. However, it was a catalyst for an early start in discovering my passion for human biology. With my inquisitive mind and a drive to always perform and feel better, this passion continued to develop. After a few lucky meetings with some influential people and an alternative open-minded Mum, I was encouraged to study nutrition and herbal medicine. College became a period of discovery. A world full of alternative views and forward thinkers in health. Sifting through the radical views, I developed a clear understanding of the fundamentals that made human beings thrive and live longer without disease. I always knew I needed to choose an evolving profession that kept me learning constantly. I definitely found it. Over the past decades, our understanding of nutrition and lifestyles that affect our health positively and negatively has grown at a rapid pace. Through my university studies and clinical practice, I have been lucky enough to see it evolve and put this understanding into practice to help people achieve optimal health. With over 12 years of experience in private practice, I have felt the need to provide health care within a group setting to help more people and make more impactful changes in their lives. For a long time, I have seen the gap within Australia of high quality, evidence-based, multi-disciplined health retreats that are designed to make long-lasting changes to someone’s state of health. To immerse someone in what optimal health feels like while teaching them the skills to attain this state of health post their experience. It is an honour to be a part of a team that can fulfil this need for Australian’s and I look forward to bringing you the best health experience you will ever experience.
